We're a community of aquatic fitness instructors committed to changing the perception of water workouts to bring more people of all ages and experience levels to the pool while delivering a high intensity, low impact cardio and strength training program. WHAT IS S’WET™ ? S’WET™ is more than just a water-based workout. It's not a routine you memorize. There's no choreography or dance moves to master. S’WET™ is a Structured Water Exercise Training program built for certified instructors looking to ride the new wave in aquatic fitness! The program is designed to incorporate unique blocks of activity, each with a specific purpose, focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training. These structured blocks will help you improve your teaching skills as an instructor, fold in your own "flare" to your classes, and also educate you on how to effectively use whatever aquatic equipment you currently have access to!
