Swift HR

Swift HR works with small and medium-sized businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, providing HR specialist support to help them to survive and thrive through the Coronavirus pandemic, Brexit, and in the years ahead. Owner Natalie Swift, MA Cantab MCIPD BSc Hons CMgr CMI, began her career in Human Resources in 1996, and she has worked in a wide variety of industry sectors over the last 20+ years. These include technology, research and development, finance, agriculture, adult social care, manufacturing, local government, fire service, aerospace, hospitality, leisure, and tourism. Having gained her undergraduate degree at Cambridge University in the early 1990's, Natalie completed a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management in 1998. She was awarded an honorary Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge in 1999, and qualified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) in 2000. A First-Class BSc honours degree in Professional Management Practice followed in 2019, and qualification with Distinction as a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
