Das Unternehmen wurde 2014 als GmbH gegründet und hat ihren Sitz in Sta. Maria Val Müstair im Kanton Graubünden in der Schweiz. Es bietet über den Onlineshop unter www.swilo.ch/akustikprodukte eine Auswahl an Produkten für die Verbesserung und Optimierung der Raumakustik an. Dabei handelt es sich hauptsächlich um Akustikpaneele in verschiedenen Formen und Ausführungen. Ein paar Beispiele der angebotenen Produkte sind Pyramidenschaumstoffe, Noppenschaumstoffe, Bass Traps, Akustikbilder, Schallisolationsmatten, glatte Akustikpaneele oder Diffusoren.
Die Akustikschaumstoffe sind in 2 verschiedenen Materialien erhältlich: zum einen in der günstigeren Ausführung aus PU-Schaumstoff und zum anderen aus Basotect® der Firma BASF für Anwendungsbereiche wo bestimmte Brandschutzverordnungen eingehalten werden müssen.
