Swing Tag is a Johannesburg based manufacturer of clothing that has been running for over 7 years. During the facing uncertain times, we developed new partnerships that gave rise to our inhouse brand, TAG Apparel manufacturing quality uniforms, corporate wear and PPE. Our company is run by three fiercely independent females who all want to change the industry for the better. Ineke Saxby is a dynamic young lady and has acquired valuable skills over her career. With a passion for order and process she brings the valuable skill of organization to the team. Her philanthropic nature makes her a perfect candidate to tackle this next chapter, and she is brilliant with people. Adele Olevano is the powerhouse behind the scenes and has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and has countless stories to share about her years of learning the game. While having managed the business successfully on her own for many years she brings the knowledge of what works and what doesn’t to the team. Lene Johnson has a diverse background that allows for a different perspective. With a passion for community upliftment and creating a sustainable business she will add great value to skills development and business strategy. By diversifying our product offering and supplying consumers directly, we discovered that not only are we able to uplift ourselves as female entrepreneurs, but also our staff. A bit of History: When we consider our previous structure and the development of a sales and marketing division this was useless without being able to growing the capacity of the factory and as a stand-alone CMT we are limited to manufacturing only, but by creating an in house brand we are able to secure a steadier flow of work and keep our staff employed full time.
