The Swish Mind Ltd provides Executive and Career Coaching to ambitious individuals and organisations serious about performance improvement. CAREER COACHING: I work with individuals on a wide range of career development objectives. Typically clients are at one of 3 points in their careers: 1. Searching for or have just started a new role at their existing firm or an entirely new one. 2. Are established in their role and are now looking to elevate their performance and navigate career progression. Changing or broadening their responsibilities, achieving a promotion or transitioning into a more senior leadership position. 3. Are in the process of changing their career direction and their relationship with their career. This may involve re-establishing a more desirable work-life balance, a wholesale career change, or re-evaluating what it is they want from their professional life. EXECUTIVE COACHING: Working very closely with organisations to construct a collaborative coaching intervention for leaders and/or teams to improve overall performance whilst tackling the hard-to-navigate issues and conversations that are often derailers. This work is deeply rooted in human behaviour, organisational dynamics, relationships, and business practice. All interventions are designed, developed and delivered with a clear focus on the business objective and context and tangible outcomes.
