Switch HR Solution's Founder, Angela Merriott is a Human Resources executive with over 17 years of progressive and diverse experience across various industries. Angela works closely with leadership teams and boards as a trusted advisor to develop strategies to achieve success through means that align with the company’s mission, vision and values. She brings a proactive and results-oriented focus and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where she can develop and implement value-added solutions and ensure alignment of human resources practices with the overall strategic objectives of the business. Angela’s expertise is in executive and team coaching, strategic human resources and management consulting, board governance, and change management. She has experience in both private, public and not for profit board governance representing a variety of governance models. She has both participated on and supported the HR, Compensation and Governance Committees to achieve board and company objectives.
