switcher(who) serves as an information hub for consumers about ISP in South Africa. We are a startup online platform for the everyday individual to find the ISP best suited for their needs. Our unique consumer-based rating system enables impartial decision making for potential consumers. In this saturated market, where SA has more than 70 ISP's to choose from, this platform will guide the consumer in their decision by providing key information and real-world expectations. We believe it's one thing to compete on pricing, but a whole other thing to compete on consumer satisfaction entirely, which is what carries the most value. We measure our success based on changing this perspective. Our short-term goal is to create awareness and understanding of what different ISP's have to offer, as cheaper is not always better, nor is more expensive always better. We aim to reach any person or company seeking an ISP, as well as to provide valuable insights to ISP's on where they can improve (based on consumer feedback, market reports, trends, etc.), and current market trends.
