Swole Vikings works with clients on a one-on-one basis to help them improve their overall health by incorporating exercise, nutritional advice, and a positive mental approach. After a free initial 30-minute assessment, those who join forces with Swole Vikings begin work on an eight-week program designed to reach the client's specific goals. Every plan includes increasing strength as well as improving functional movement, particularly those associated with activities of daily living.
Nutritional advice is also given to help improve the client's metabolism and overall body composition. In addition to training programs and nutritional advice, I also work with clients on developing a more positive mental approach. As always, the goal is create the best YOU—not the best anyone else.
