Core Sectors • Solar Energy SWC currently operates four dedicated investment vehicles for solar PV projects. Three of these projects have been completed and are set to become operational in 2023. The most recent vehicle, structured in 2024, includes €70 million in equity committed to solar investments in Spain. • Energy Storage (BESS) We have initiated the development of stand-alone storage projects in Spain and Italy. Our current pipeline in Southern Europe, developed alongside strategic partners, includes 4.5 GWn of storage capacity, with construction set to begin by the end of 2025. • Biomethane SWC holds a 33% stake in ATHERYION, a company specialized in developing and operating biomethane projects on islands. Following the successful sale of 80% of our initial portfolio in the Canary Islands, we are now leading the development of nine new biomethane projects across various international island locations. • Marine Regeneration Nautilus is our new investment management platform dedicated to the development of marine ecosystem regeneration projects at a global scale. The first investment round is expected to exceed €2.5 billion, to be deployed between 2025 and 2028 across Europe, Latin America, the United Arab Emirates, and Asia.
