South Wales Police is an organisation with a committed and proud workforce, all of whom share the same mission – to Keep South Wales Safe. The Force spans a wide geographical area including rural, coastal and urban communities including Swansea and Cardiff City centre. We are the largest police force in Wales serving over 1.3 million people. Covering 42% of the country’s population, we are the largest force in Wales serving over 1.3 million people and managing around 40% of the total crime in Wales.
