SWT Community Support Group

Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to supporting international J1 students participating in the Summer Work and Travel (SWT) program in Provincetown, Massachusetts. We aim to create a welcoming environment where students can thrive both personally and professionally while enriching our local community through meaningful cultural exchange. Through targeted community support, educational workshops, mediation services, and vibrant networking events, we help J1 students, employers, local authorities, and residents build stronger, mutually beneficial relationships. Our goal is to foster understanding, inclusivity, and a supportive atmosphere that benefits everyone involved, enhancing Provincetown’s cultural diversity and economic vitality.
