Sybil Collective is a female veteran founded non-profit dedicated to empowering women veterans as leaders and innovators in deep tech and national security. Named in honor of Sybil Ludington, a 16-year-old Revolutionary War heroine, we embody her courage, resilience, and determination to make an impact. We bring together a community of founders, investors, policymakers, industry leaders, and researchers committed to advancing U.S. resiliency, technological innovation, and global competitiveness. By harnessing the unique skills, perspectives, and experiences of women who have served in the military or government, we aim to shape the future of defense and national security through collaboration, empowerment, and innovation.
