We realize housing cost and stability can cause financial stress and undermine the work leaders take on in their communities. We originate a unique shared-value equity instrument to help lower down payment and monthly payments for home buyers while also providing reasonable returns to affinity investors – foundations, charitable investors, and other supporters.
