Syfret and Styles focuses on structural engineering services and façade surveys. With over 20+ years of experience in both construction and design, our services have benefited a range of buildings, from Australia House to the Lansdowne Club to name a few. The practice was formally established 2013, and has been in informal operation since 2010 with principal and Chartered Engineer Stephen Syfret at the helm. Syfret uses his 20+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering to plan and manage a team of specialists on a wide range of projects, including: • Investigative reports providing advice for potential works such as alterations, extensions, and refurbishments. • Surveys to provide recommendations, specifications and schedules for remedial works. • Structural surveys to inspect modern or historic properties before or after purchase. • Repairs and improvements to both historic and modern structures. • New building design and development.
