Objective of this subcommittee is to:
1. Reach the young and aspiring geotechnical engineers
2. Help GeoSS in organizing value-added activities for members for professional development and career advancement
3. To develop collaborative relationships with other local/regional/international organization
4. Give a voice for young geotechnical engineers in the main commitee
5. To act as liason for international young geotechnical societies such as YMPG (Young Member Presidential Group) etc
