Symphonic Transcriptions was founded in 2020 as a result of the emerging need for Covid-proof orchestrations. During the Covid pandemic, music pieces could only be performed in small-scale settings. A number of the orchestrations on offer on this website have already been successfully performed by the WDR, philharmonie zuidnederland, Theatre Bern and Opera 2.0, amongst others.
Roger Niese is a professional bass-clarinet player with a long track record of hundreds of transcriptions of classical music for various orchestrations such as Symphony Orchestra, Symphonic Band, Fanfare Band and others.
In the near future, Symphonic Transcriptions wants to continue to develop as a publishing house and serve as your ideal partner for outstanding classical arrangements (with or without a vocal or instrumental soloists). We also offers Transcription Services for new projects.
