Our story began in 2019.
The idea emerged during our internships in law firms. We observed that one of the biggest challenges for law firms is time management at the moment of case initiation.
On the other hand, the idea blossomed during our encounters with litigants. We noticed that they had difficulties expressing their legal issues and understanding all the legal jargon. Friction arose in the exchange of information and documents at the time of opening their case with their lawyer.
Symplicy was created in order to address these various needs.
We have reduced the different frictions and the time that lawyers devote to non-billable administrative tasks at the time of case initiation.
Lawyers use Symplicy because we decrease their work hours while increasing their turnover.
