Synapse DK - Life Science Connect

Synapse - Life Science Connect is a student-driven, non-profit organization in Denmark, Sweden and abroad that create events, workshops, and networking opportunities for students and recent graduates with an interest in pursuing careers in the life science environment. We are a thriving organization consisting of a group of dedicated student volunteers with our Headquarter in Copenhagen and spread across Denmarks that strive to bridge the gap between the university bioscience community and the life science industries. The vision of Synapse - Life Science Connect is to bridge the gap between academia and the industry, within life science. This is facilitated through initiatives for students and recent graduates with the purpose of: ensuring educated career choices, developing interpersonal skills, providing networking opportunities and inspiring students with the vision of the life science industry. Furthermore, Synapse strives to be a key opinion leader on education and employment in the Danish life science environment by working in close collaboration with several university institutions and industry partners. This develops students that are able to offer significant cross-disciplinary contributions and network to life science environment in Denmark and abroad.
