Synapse Services is the largest provider of Private Mental Health services in Nigeria. With 5 branches across the country, we provide first-class psychological and psychiatric care as well as treatment of addictions, with a range of therapeutic programs suited to individual needs. Our purpose is to make a timely and long-lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families we support. Our treatment programs have mainly been developed by clinicians working in America, the United Kingdom, and Nigeria and we abide by International Best Practices. We currently treat over 45 conditions across all our treatment Centers and have a pool of International professionals who work with locally-based clinicians for specialized assessments in areas where we struggle to find expertise in the local community or country. Our in-depth expertise includes addiction services, child and adolescent psychiatry, sleep problems, trauma, personality disorder, psychosis, bipolar disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, learning disability, brain injury, and progressive neurological conditions such as Huntington's disease and dementia. We are the first Centre in West Africa to own and operate the REPETITIVE TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION MACHINE (RTMS). We are currently located in Abuja, Lagos, Awka, Port Harcourt with plans for further expansion to other states in Nigeria and Africa.
