SynapsEES offers supervision, control and interconnection solutions (Industry 4.0 ready) integrated into the web platform DEEP (Data-driven Energy Efficiency Platform) in order to enhance the analysis and simulation capabilities of plant operators/managers. DEEP provides specific modules for advanced analysis of the operation of both the whole system/plant and individual machines. The use of numerical models and artificial intelligence makes it possible to develop: energy optimisation strategies, control logic, demand-response analysis and predictive maintenance. The system integrates easily with any existing BMS, PLC or data logger. In obsolete or complex contexts, Synapsees also provides data acquisition and control systems that use IoT solutions to enable more precise control at a low cost, avoiding unnecessary modernisation investments. In addition, the UV Solution business unit has developed UV-it, a kit for continuous air sanitisation. UV-it guarantees and certifies continuous air sanitisation, to be applied to ventilation systems, up to air flow velocities of 8 m/s. UV-it uses the photochemical effect of UV-C rays to damage the DNA and RNA of microorganisms. UV-it has been tested by an accredited external laboratory following the requirements of ISO15714:2019. Tests have shown abatements of more than 99.98% of microorganisms in the air. A patent application has been filed for a particular component of UV-it. UV-it makes it possible to safely reopen recirculation systems, saving up to 40% energy and ensuring the necessary comfort. UV-Solutions offers the customer a complete turnkey service. It starts with an inspection, which is necessary for dimensioning and customised design, then installation and commissioning and operation of the system control and monitoring system.
