SYNCHRO has been founded in 2023, after fifty years spent as HRDs in international groups with various cultures. Our ambition is to put at your service our experience in social diagnosis, project and change management, team development and strategic seminars. 1) Strategic diagnosis: external view of experienced HRD on a specific issue (management team or HRD) and proposal of adaptations according to the context and the stakes 2) Projects & change management: support (consulting and/or piloting) of your strategic and change projects, by fully integrating the human dimension, key in their success 3) Development & team leadership: helping your management and HR teams to adopt good practices (hybrid management, alerts, tensions, difficult negotiation, ...) and sharing experiences between colleagues / with other companies 4) Facilitation of seminars & conferences: assisting you in the design and organization of your management or HR team seminars, or intervening on request in the context of a specific conference.
