SYNCLUSIVE is an innovative, integrated, and interdisciplinary systemic approach to stimulate the inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labor market. To achieve this, the project aims to develop and consolidate a coalition of stakeholders in 4 regional Living Labs across Europe under the Community Coalition Theory, using the ENGINE approach, while testing this approach to different vulnerable groups identified as discriminated against.
We also aim to identify drivers and barriers for mobility and inflow, including discrimination, against vulnerable groups and assess the impact of the implemented ENGINE approach on labor market mobility and inclusion of vulnerable groups.
Another one of our main goals is to identify the transition paths from regional to national and European political levels and the interoperable and comparative indicators and standards relevant for the labor market inclusion of vulnerable groups, taking into account the different contexts.
