We are a team of scientists, coaches, health enthusiasts, and psychologists from Harvard University and Boston University that measure and improve team fitness and health. We do this by analyzing physiological data such as heart rate, with performance data and team dynamic data. SyncStrength is the only platform that analyzes biometrics in combination with performance data to provide insights for coaches and managers on performance. With our parent company, iBELIEVE, we have worked with over 80 institutions and 20,000 individuals to build team efficacy, leadership efficacy and resiliency. Our face-to-face development programs and curricula are based in neuroscience and performance psychology. Now, with the increasing use of biometric monitoring devices and our science-based analytics, objective analytics has become possible.
