Syndicate Events was founded in 2015 to develop, publish, and support the most player-focused events in the world. In 2016, we launched our debut event, Syndicate, to worldwide acclaim. Syndicate has gone on to be the most-visited Fighting Game Event in Europe and a key driver of the explosive growth of esports.
As Fighting Game come and go, we’re continuing to evolve the event while delivering new experiences to players by adding events, stalls and suitable locations. We’re also expanding the social reach of competitors by investing in high quality productions, interviews and trailers where the talents stand in the spotlight.
The annual Syndicate World Championship features qualified esports talents and the grassroots experienced players from all around the world. Syndicate is one of the most widely viewed and followed esport tournament of Europe, and it’s among the largest and most popular gaming and sporting events in the world.
Founded by Dennis Kwarteng and Greg Landbrug, and accompanied by Virgil Winklaar, Roland Volbeda, Thomas Runhart and Jonas, Syndicate is headquartered in Almere, The Netherlands. We’re aiming to be a sustainable enterprise in the future and a solid ground for the Fighting Game Community for years to come.
