Welcome to the Syngergos Nigerian LinkedIn Page. Synergos is a global nonprofit organization that bring people together to solve complex problems of poverty. We work on issues such as health, nutrition, agriculture, and youth employment creating opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive. Our work centers on the impact we can make by working with all members of value chain, to increase collaborations, find new opportunities and develop this into a craft that exponentially increases their value add. A key success of Synergos in Nigeria is using a systems-change approach to reorient and strengthen key state actors involved in the transformation of the agricultural system. OUR BELIEF If we empower people with the capacity to collaboratively identify and solve their problems together they will prosper faster. Our advantage is an approach that builds trust among partners so they can create solutions together, rather than imposing top-down solutions.
