We have capability of processing the latest in high performance LSR for the LED industry including optical lenses and LED encapsulation allowing higher operating temperatures. Our capabilities in LIM/LSR includes micro-molding, rubber to plastic bonding, co-molding, multi shot molding, and insert molding.
Synergy Hanil has manufacturing bases in Tianjin, Suzhou, and Huizhou with a total of 328 rubber compression molding machines, 82 plastic injection machines, and over 30 sets of Liquid Injection Machines (LIM) for Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR).
Synergy Hanil specializes in ultra premium soft touch silicone with 5 coating and spraying lines in Tianjin and another 10 in Suzhou.
