Founded in 1983 Syntex Engineering Services Ltd specialise in the Design, Construction, Inspection, Maintenance and Demolition of Industrial Chimneys, Flare Stacks and other elevated structures. We also specialise in alternative access methods such as temporary powered access cradles, roped access and steeplejack access allowing us to avoid the use of costly and time consuming traditional scaffold.
As of 2016 we have expanded our flare inspection and maintenance services to include Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) survey and analysis of guy wires as well as pressurised wire rope lubrication system enabling us to assess and prolong guy wire life span.
We have also added UAV (drone) remote visual and infra-red inspection to our services allowing us to carry out pre-shutdown surveys of active plant without the need for work at height, thus allowing better planning for maintenance cycles and reducing down time.
