Syntronics Limited is an affiliated company of PREMIER GROUP, which is a large industrial business house in Pakistan with diversified business activities. We are one of the largest manufacturers of AD*STAR® , Polypropylene Laminated Block Bottomed Valve sacks in the world, which are primarily used for the packaging of cement. The facility was established in 1999 at Hattar, Pakistan with an annual capacity of 60 million sacks per annum. As the demand for the sacks increased due to its excellent characteristics and performance, the company carried out further expansions to cater for its ever-increasing customers base. Presently we are operating 4 plants with an annual production capacity of 275 million sacks. The above expansion was mainly due to the advantages of the AD*STAR® sacks over the prevailing KRAFT PAPER BAGS which was earlier the main packaging product for the cement industry. Syntronics is equipped with the latest state of the art machinery from STARLINGER, Austria and the plants are ISO 9001:2008 certified and accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service ( UKAS ) and Lloyd,s Register Quality Assurance ( LRQA ). Apart from servicing the local cement companies in Pakistan, Syntronics is also exporting AD*STAR® sacks to satisfied customers around the world. The demand for export is increasing fast as the major cement companies globally are converting their packaging into AD*STAR® sacks. The company is actively engaged with STARLINGER & CO. Austria for the constant improvement of its product and shares its R& D with them.
