Syracuse Main, Inc. has developed two significant innovations in asset management and fintech. 1. We are launching a private equity fund management business that will specialize in financing the transplantation of successful concepts and businesses, from their place of inception to larger, overseas markets, for maximum commercial impact and wealth creation. The first target markets are the United States, German-speaking Europe and the EU. 2. We believe that we have solved the problem of raising equity from institutional portfolios and high net worth individuals without going public or reverting to VC/PE funds – in other words, a capital-raising platform targeted to institutional investors and HNWs. SMI has developed a potentially patentable business process that simulates the supervised, regulated environment of the public markets in a private setting that, we believe, will entice institutional investors to enter the space.
