Refugee & Immigrant Self-Empowerment (RISE)

RISE advocates for and facilitates economic independence and community inclusion for refugees and immigrants through education, employment, social support and service navigation. Our vision is to help all refugees and immigrants become self-empowered so that they can become economically independent and productive members of society who enrich their new community while maintaining their cultural identity. RISE assists refugees and immigrants achieve this vision not only through traditional employment and case management services, but also through innovative programming, including Youth and Adult Education Initiatives, SyRAPP, an experiential agricultural learning program, a Women's Empowerment Initiative, financial literacy resources, and more.
