SyriaUntold

SyriaUntold is an independent media project covering and reporting on Syrian events and Syrian stories with original and creative lenses. We specialise in the dissemination of narrative features, investigative reports and in-depth analysis that illuminate social dynamics and civil society in Syria. Founded in 2012 in Beirut, SyriaUntold began as an independent digital media project exploring the storytelling of the Syrian struggle and the diverse forms of resistance and has consistently tackled questions of critical importance to civilians, all the while amplifying voices on the margins of society. SyriaUntold is registered as UntoldStories e.V, a non profit association in Berlin for the promotion of international sentiments, tolerance in all areas of culture and the idea of international understanding; the support for politically, racially or religiously persecuted persons, for refugees and displaced persons; and the promotion of cooperation and development.
