SyriumRED is an indigenous Real Estate Development company operating primarily in Abuja. We have successfully built a platform around design, construction and engineering, project management, financing and business development, branding – experts with a demonstrated capacity and capable of unveiling and delivering stellar projects. Although just recently incorporated, Syrium has a cumulative 80+ years (team members) experience in developments (design, construction, financing and project management). Projects currently under development (with some already completed) include AICL Mall, AICL Office Suites, AICL Area 3 Neighborhood Centre, GraceTech Towers; commencing projects include Villa Reyes at Katampe, Epicentre at Karimo and The Signature (a block of luxury serviced apartments at Wuse 2) – all in Abuja.
