SYSCOEdu (Systematic Coaching for Education) brings a new feasible platform where “mentors” - experienced PhD students give rational mentorship for “mentees” - international students in the UK (from ethnic groups). There are various sessions via: 1/Initiating Scheme - mentee recognises and treasures his/her core values; 2/Inspecting Scheme - mentee becomes a “special guest/ viewer” in a mentor’s event; 3/Involving Scheme - mentee works on a larger scale and contributes to the (non-)local communities. It helps to reduce generation and culture gaps and establish fundamentals about self- and mutual recognition and progression with strategic measurements. Particularly, the United Kingdom has experienced at least 3 National lockdowns as preventive measurements for COVID-19 and this certainly caused a range of physical, mental, social, and financial changes for both individuals and organisations. We don’t promise that international undergraduates can get over all difficulties they are experiencing, but we can guarantee they can recognise their positive shift in performance in both academic and social life after participating in our project.
