Systec has Consultants who: • Have worked at director level in both Public and Private organisations in both advisory and delivery capacities; • Can operate at all levels within an organisation, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; • Are able to understand the ‘bigger picture’; developing the vision and direction for change programmes; • Are skilled at empowering people to meet strategic objectives; • Have experience in organisational design and applying lean techniques; • Have a track record of successful programmes, achieved by demonstrating a persistent focus on outcomes and building commitment and capability within client organisation, either by influencing senior colleagues or by challenging existing behaviour / thinking; • Specialize in relationship management of stakeholders and the management of 3rd party suppliers, especially in BPO situations; • Display drive, determination and resilience to mobilise people and resources towards achieving results that meet stakeholder needs; • Have managed both large and small teams (50 – 300) and controlled budgets in excess of £250 million and,; • Have a comprehensive understanding of why major programmes fail and how to recover them. Clients comprise McKesson, BT (for NHS), Thales, Barclays, ABN Amro, Severn Trent Water, and HMRC; all were significant in terms of being fixed budget and fixed timescale.
