Systém R. B. O. - Sebeobrana Karlovy Vary

We are System R.B.O., “Real combat in self-defence”, new Czech self-defence system based on traditional martial arts and sports. Our goal is to create an individual self-defence system for every student, a system that builds on each student's talents and, on the contrary, suppresses any disabilities. Everyone can learn how to defend themselves. We teach self-defence for adults in the form of regular lessons and seminars in Karlovy Vary and surroundings. As a part of the "Child in safety" project, we work with children and children's groups mainly at kindergartens and primary schools. System R.B.O. is self-defence for real situations: we teach defence against one or more attackers, against an unarmed aggressor, self-defence against knives and firearms. We are not indifferent to our own safety and safety of people around. That's why we teach a non-aggressive self-defence that leads to necessary defence not to further aggression. System R.B.O., z.s. is an association registered by the Regional Court in Plzeň (L 8489), ID 07041250, whose aim is to promote self-defence as an approach to life and to teach real self-defence to the public.
