Systems Engineering and Analytics, Inc. (SE&A) is a small Connecticut business corporation with over 29 years of experience in providing mechanical and electrical design, engineering, computer aided design and related technical services. SE&A is also a supplier of certain US Navy handling system hardware. Since our founding in November 1986, SE&A has provided engineering and design services combined with a system level perspective. Our broad range of capabilities provides full life cycle support spanning the spectrum from concept development through equipment development and operational equipment support. Over our 29+ year history, SE&A has provided a majority of our services in support of DoD (NAVY) submarine equipment efforts. The SE&A experience base includes employees with practical engineering experience.
