Purpose
The current pandemic reminds us of how interdependent we are through our personal, group, organisational and societal experiences, and our consultancy network was born of this realisation. Together we form a network of independent consultants who work with clients from a wide variety of sectors (private, public, NGO, IGO) to provide support for thinking to continue - thinking about what is changing, what is lost and how might the task of the organisation be fulfilled in this shifting world order when people are dispersed, “zoomed” away from each other and the emotional undercurrents this can swell.
Who we are
We are a culturally diverse network of consultants based across Europe, bringing a wide variety of experience and expertise and united by our training and practice in the systems-psychodynamic Tavistock tradition.
Our consultancy work is informed by our engagement in research and the Tavistock tradition of “no practice without research and no research without practice”.

● Individual consultancy – role consultancy & exec coaching - Helping the client work through their personal experience of their role within the organisations, institutions and systems they are part of to enhance their task “performance”.
● Team and group consultancy - thinking and making sense of what is difficult and challenging, while performing the crucial tasks of the group or organisation
● Change management consultancy - assisting teams/managers/leaders to prepare for and make the changes to their ways of working
● Systemic consultancy - to help the system reflect, sense and discern future steps forward that safeguard task and relationship
● Crisis and trauma consultancy - individual and team support, psychological first aid
● Research collaboration, facilitation, training, supervision, including peer inter-vision
