Clear administration, good processes and quality data free us up to do our best work - be it pastoral, commerce or providing a service. And like a river, organizations are always changing. The people, processes and tools shift. Over time, changes can pile up until our work is hamstrung, even jeopardized. While it’s possible to fix what’s not working; a little fix here, a little fix there, the challenge is to make real, systemic and lasting change.
