Systems India was founded in 1980 as an SSI unit registered under DIC to serve Steel Plants and Engineering Industries. We have now developed into manufacturing 50, 100, and 300/350 TPD Sponge Iron Plants, combining facilities for fabrication, Machining, CI Castings, Equipment, and serves clients globally. Systems India has proved to be a reliable manufacturer of equipment for Coke Ovens, Rolling Mills, Blast Furnace, Sponge Iron Plants, Cement Plants, and Alloy Steel Plants. Our Specialisation includes SS and MS Recuperators and Heat Exchangers, Heavy Ladles for Blast Furnace, Shaft Coolers, and Plate Coolers, Grab Buckets, SS and MS Water Circulated Slide Gates, SS and MS Hyperbolic Hoppers, Bunkers, Klin, and Coolers. Our work unit has an area of 15,000 m2 with advanced infrastructure including EOT Crane, Mobile Crane, Motorized Gantry Crane, tractor, and trolley. Power requirements are met by a connected load of 200 HP and 175 KVA captive power generation. The fabrication shop has an annual capacity of 2500 MT of equipment and heavy/light structures. Facilities include Bending Machine to roll upto 32 mm thick plates, Welding systems like CO2 machines, Rectifiers, Transformers, Plasma Cutting, Platforms upto 8x8 meters.
