In 2016, with the support of Shenzhen Municipal Commerce Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, Shenzhen Outbound Alliance (SOA) was officially founded to help the enterprises with international investment, trade cooperation and overseas markets development. SOA is the only social organization registered with the Social Organizations Administration of Shenzhen Municipality in the name of "Outbound Alliance". As one of the fair trade workstation in Shenzhen from 2019, SOA actively gives play to the power of social organizations, participates in cope with trade frictions, maintaining fair competition market environment, serving and promoting the stable development of foreign trade.
With the integration of various resources and combination of all efforts, we have created an innovative cooperation platform which offers information communication, resource sharing, advantage complementation and mutual development services. Also, the SOA provides comprehensive services including information exchange, financial support, talent cooperation, risk prevention and market research, ensuring the transnational operation of enterprises.
