Our growth potential without a strong backbone of technology was limited and SZU needed a strategic move in this direction. SZU entered as shareholder in visionary European IT Start-ups, created a new technical arm for the Group - SZU IT and developed a proprietary Integrated Services Management System. With a modular design - one of the main purposes of the system is to sustain mobility market & claims management - our core activity. With modules like: Claims notification (FNOL), Workforce Management - optimize agents schedule, routes optimization, task allocation engine, Claims assessment & adjustment, reserves management, payments and complex integrations with third party evaluation engines like Audatex or ERPs like SAP & Datev. ISM - our proprietary digital platform provides orchestration of organization processes enabling collaborative human centric and automation centric workflows.
