T&M Specialists is owned and operated by Louis Fraser, a certified EFNARC Nozzleman and Examiner with over 20 years international experience in Sprayed Concrete for both initial and permanent support. Louis has been involved in many major civil projects around the world such as CTRL 240, Falkirk Millennium Wheel, Kings Cross Upgrade, CLEM 7, Airport Link, ORLT and HATS 8244 as well as various mining projects around Australia and Canada. T&M Specialists was founded by Louis Fraser in 2014 in Hong Kong with a vision to bring a new level of expertise and standard to Shotcreting using his personal experience and network of industry professionals and vendors. Louis is a certified EFNARC Nozzleman and Examiner with over 20 years of international experience in sprayed concrete for both temporary and permanent support as well as managing many more diverse construction projects. The T&M management team all have at least 20 years of experience behind them and are well respected in the industry. T&M Specialists hired by globally recognized industry giants such as Leighton, Gammon, Laing O Rourke, Keir, BuildKing, Dragages, Boyuages & Samsung. This experience has built T&M Specialists into a market leader in tunneling and mining, as well as civil and manpower services. Today T&M Specialists employs over 50 people and stretches across the globe! Louis has expanded his management team and advisors to grow the company’s size and to increase the quality of works and to meet the greater demands of clients around the globe.
