An underground introduction … Underground Academy Ltd (UGA) is a Hong Kong based consulting company providing services on global tunnel, cavern and mine projects to improve profitability by raising the standards of sprayed concrete lining (‘SCL’) work to better achieve the project goals of enhanced quality, with cost-effective and timely completion, in a safer and greener work environment.
UGA provides consulting, training and certification, and expert personnel placement for the underground industry, in collaboration with Government project owners, contractors, engineers, suppliers.

RNOT: training and certification for nozzle operators to boost profitability, particularly in the Mining sector - a practical and on the job, On-Site + Hands-On + Real-Thing, that makes it much more Accessible + Adaptable + Affordable.
RNOST: training and certification for supervisory staff to enable the best site supervision practices.
EFNARC Scheme Certification:

Site audits and advice for process optimization, trouble-shooting and resolution; quality control for structural integrity and longevity; with a tailored scope to suit.
Founding Principal, Shalean Sen, has a dual career background as civil engineer and construction lawyer; as well as in academia in Engineering and Law.
Principal Consultant Louis Fraser brings extensive global projects experience and qualifications, well-connected and respected in the global SCL industry circles, and is a vastly experienced EFNARC Examiner with over 25 years of international experience, and RNOT Certifier.
