T.Burd Law Group, APC is a San Diego based civil litigation law firm representing and advising clients as plaintiffs or defendants in complex disputes. We primarily handle probate, trust and business litigation matters including cross-over cases. Cross-overs are matters that don't exactly fall into one category or the other. They sometimes require filings in both civil and probate courts, and always require a close look at the applicable laws and various timing requirements.
