T Cell Diagnostics specializes in leveraging the measurement of antigen-specific T cells to enhance the diagnosis and clinical management of various diseases and infections. T cells, a crucial component of the adaptive immune system, play a vital role in controlling the spread of intracellular pathogens like viruses. The coordinated activation of virus-specific helper (CD4) and cytotoxic (CD8) T cells is a key indicator of successful immune responses in patients who clear infections. Despite their importance, the measurement of these virus-specific T cells has traditionally been confined to academic research due to the complexity of the analysis. At T Cell Diagnostics, our team brings together deep technical expertise and extensive experience to accurately quantify virus-specific T cells in humans. We focus primarily on viral infections such as HBV, HDV, Influenza, SARS-CoV-2, and Dengue, where we precisely measure the number and function of antigen-specific T cells induced by natural infection or vaccination.
