T. Coleborn & Son Limited is a family run business originally formed as a Partnership in 1783 and becoming a limited company in 1998. We believe we are the oldest family run business in Hampshire and one of the longest running building firms in the UK. We have grown our business and excellent reputation over the years specialising as a main contractor on small to medium refurbishment, alteration, new build & maintenance projects in the South of England. We employ a team of local, highly skilled & trained tradesmen, some of whom we are proud to say have worked for us for over 20 years and many who we took on as apprentices. We also have an excellent working relationship with several established & reliable sub-contractors from all trades we can utilize. T Coleborn & Son Ltd can also provide day work rates for clients, where immediate site start is required. We have vast experience working within occupied premises such as hospitals, care homes, churches, education settings & prisons and have developed our working practices & ethics to accommodate.
