We are accredited by the FLA (Fair Labor Association) , Sumerra /Nike and BCI (Better Cotton initiative) as their monitoring partner and by WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) as their approved consultant. TGSPL has significant presence in Auditing, Consulting, Assessments and Training across variety of industries which include apparel, footwear, hard goods and accessories.It is our endeavor to protect the integrity of our business partners which is achieved through trust and commitment. We work with our business partners by providing resources to support them in their social accountability programs. This may be through assessments, audits, training programs or factory improvement projects. Apart from engaging in factory improvement projects, we are involved with supply chain mapping, Risk Analysis and Auditing on Supply Chain Security standards. Monitoring assignments in the Agro sectors is another area of our expertise which involves verification of employment standards in cotton growing areas as an approved verifier for BCI (Better Cotton Initiative). Apart from Cotton, the team has conducted assessments of Rice, Vegetable and Fruit growing farms in India. With our team of trained and experienced Auditors, we are strategically positioned to provide independent social compliance audit and monitoring services. We also have associates in various geographical locations who are familiar with complex issues related to social compliance which include local social conditions, cultures, values and language of workers and standard industry practices. TGSPL currently operates in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Pakistan, Mauritius and Madagascar. We have also undertaken monitoring assignments on labor standards and working conditions in UAE, Bahrain and Nepal.
