T | M | C aims to offer a unique outdoor Personal Training and Sports Coaching experience at affordable prices. Training sessions will take place at Oxford Harlequins RFC and Banbury RUFC. These facilities offer quiet, outdoor areas to train at as well as toilets, showers, changing rooms, free car parks and drinking water. Whether you have a specific Sporting or Fitness goal or just want to feel confident again, I would love to help you. I am a huge believer in a balanced lifestyle which allows you to achieve your goals while still being able to have a drink with your friends.
