T-Space

T-Space is an initiative that aims at encouraging and promoting mental health and psychological well-being in the young generation. Mental health is a rising issue in our society. In India, only 7.3% of its 365 million youth report such problems. And yet, we keep pretending this is not happening in our own homes, schools and colleges. Public stigma associated with mental health problems particularly affects help-seeking among young people. We provide various methods to talk about your experiences which include a kind and censored section where you can write it down and a professional platform where you can talk with experts via audio or video chat. We value your privacy and your wish to keep your identity hidden. You will only be known by your nickname and no personal data will be shared with anyone else, not even your therapist. We welcome all students with open arms to use our platform, get help wherever needed and emerge healthy.
