T27 Silicoin

T27 Silicoin is the security token of Tower 27 which will become one of the most valuable commercial properties in Silicon Valley’s city center Downtown San Jose. Security token offering of T27 Silicoin will be the biggest real estate STO in the US with its $100 million amount. The offering which is conducted under SEC regulations will start on October 1, 2021. Each T27 Silicoin security token (T27S) is a digital representation of a share in Tower 27 Partners LP that owns the building and offers 12% annual interest plus 50% profit after the exit. Tower 27 is a Class A high-rise tower that features 374 multi-family units and leasable second floor, mezzanine, and street-level commercial space with a total of 511,152 sq ft 24 story building. It is located in the core of San Jose known as the Capital of Silicon Valley. The property is fully entitled, and construction is projected to start in the first quarter of 2022 to be completed within 32-months. Tower 27 is within walking distance of Google's village ‘Downtown West’, major tech companies and main plazas, and is also at the center of San Jose's social life. It also stands out as one of the rare modern residential buildings in Downtown that is close to the major transit hub Diridon Station, SAP Center, San Jose International Airport, City Hall and the State University.
